This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

With 4.0 out of 5 on Google from 127 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for thai restaurants in Saugus. Recent reviews are the best guide.
Saugus is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Saugus follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This Thai place is awesome! Cheesy Wontons were fresh and crunchy, Curry was so flavorful, and the Mango in the Mango Sticky Rice was perfectly ripe, 5 stars, yum!!

Came here for dinner by chance and damn!!! Food was BOMB!!! We will definitely be back to try other menu items. Chicken fell off the bone and was tasty. Beef noodle soup was super tasty and the beef fell apart.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for pick up, the seafood soup had fake crab in it which wasnβt listed on the menu. The beef salad states charbroiled beef and it looked like boiled beef and the pictures donβt match what I received . We asked for well done chicken on chicken teriyaki and it was barely cooked. We couldnβt eat $75 of food. The lady that answered the phone handed the phone to T which was noticeably bothered that we were complaining. He said he would return the beef salad and seafood soup costs only if we promise to never order food from there. Compare the picture of their website to this picture of the salad and you will notice it is no where near the same . No basil , not the same anything

When this was Ingdoi Thai we never had a problem, everything was delicious. But once they changed names or new management it's not the same. Like for instance I got BBQ Steak Thai Style and the whole dish was terrible. The steak wasn't BBQed at all i had to brown it myself. Also it was all fat and barely any meat. I had to pick off so much fat it was insane! I don't know where you're getting ur meat from but this was inedible. And the larb isn't the same either, it's missing all its spices. I'm saddened by this because it was our favorite go to Thai restaurant but its too expensive for what it is now. Guess we gotta let this place go.

This is a hidden gem. It's pretty hidden out in Santa Clarita on Bouquet Canyon and Canyon. Ing Doi in Thai means hill and this restaurant is definitely hidden in the hills of SCV. I always get their roasted duck curry. Of course duck is hard to find out here in Santa Clarita. The pad Thai was tasty and contained the perfect Thai flavors mixed with sweetness, saltiness, and sourness from the lime and tamarind and of course the peanuts and bean sprouts made it crunchy. Highly recommended Thai Food in SCV
